I did a flying face plant in the pasture earlier this year (running <i>next</i> to the horse; I wasn't even on him *facepalm*) and broke my right arm. Scared the snot out of Cinnamon too, as I deviated rather violently from the program (a.k.a. our regularly scheduled tandem dash up the hill to his feed bucket).
