I will put up with delays when it comes to my vet because it's always because of emergency cases or appointments needing more than the owner anticipated. And yes, farrier latness is common, but not by more than 20-30 minutes at most. If my horse was ever worse after an adjustment/massage etc., I wouldn't use the same person again, ever.
