Aloha!!! I write this now from a beautiful condo over looking the gorgeous blue waters off the coast of Kihei, Maui. My Mom, sister and I decided to give our trip a second go. We've rented a place and will be soaking up the sun for the next two weeks! I just got back from getting my feet wet and sandy and cant wait for tomorrow when I'll be able to get out and about on the island... and yes, of course, I'll be lookin' for horses:)
Mahalo!
Enjoy! Can't wait to see your photos when you get back!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh!!! You're killing me! I just got back from Kauai yesterday and never in my life have I NOT wanted to come home from a vacation before in my life! That photo! Stop it now! And I'm sitting on my couch trying to recover from returning to work and its raining!
ReplyDeleteHave fun! Soak up all the sun you can! And for goodness sakes, DON'T blog!
I am so jealous!! I have never been to Hawaii, and that sun is to die for!!! Have fun and soak up some rays for me!
ReplyDeleteWOW 2 weeks!!! I'm SO jealous!!! Have a blast and take lots of pictures for us to drool over LOL!!
ReplyDeleteOh! You lucky gal! I'm jealous...two weeks to relax on Maui.... *sigh*
ReplyDeleteYou west-coasters are lucky - it's cheaper and quicker to get there.
Hope you have fun with your Mom and sister!
I am glad you are finally enjoying a wonderful vacation!! I so want to go there some day!! Have a wonderful time!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I read back a few posts, I LOVE your black hair!!! I think it looks good!!
Oh man! I'm green with envy! I've decided this week that I'm in desperate need of a vacation and trying to figure out when I can get one on the calendar. Enjoy some sun and sandy beaches for me please! :) Can't wait to see pics! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteTwo glorious weeks in paradise! WOW!
ReplyDeleteI know you'll be scopin' out the paniolo and reporting back on how horse things are done the Hawaiian way!
And that my friend is one of the many things people who do not have horses to take care of get to do.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I would love to be able to take off (for more than a couple of days) and just enjoy...and not have to worry about the horses left at home.
Enjoy it to the hilt and I hope you, your mom and your sister have a wonderful do-over.
Wow! You're the 4th blogger I know that has been to Hawaii this month!
ReplyDeleteMy blogger friends, Dan and Betty, here in New Mexico just got back and enjoyed a wonderful magical horse ride while there. The videos and photos they shared on their blog were amazing!
Made me want to go so bad!
My hubby and I had planned a trip to Hawaii over 13 years ago, but I got pregnant with twins and the Dr advised against it. wah!
And we've not had the opportunity to try again.
Have fun! And look for one of the trail rides on the Islands. How cool would it be to ride in the rain forest or along the beach!
